Leaders Corporation

Ms. Galipeau founded Leaders Corporation in 1992 and has since served as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Her background in the field of management began in 1980 and encompasses an array of accomplishments and experiences allowing this organization to be set in motion with unparalleled abilities. 

During this two-decade period, Ms. Galipeau has served in several management, supervisory and ownership roles.  She has been involved in a diverse group of portfolios ranging from severely distressed assets to new construction, thus creating a broad knowledge in property management.  In the years before 1980, Ms. Galipeau worked in the medical field.  This experience in an industry devoted to helping humankind set the pace for the creation of Leaders Corporation. 

In addition, she is the mother of three children for whom she considers her greatest accomplishment.  Her clients as well as many colleagues recognize Ms. Galipeau as an authority on multifamily issues.  Her ability to assess and formulate highly successful acquisitions and management plans has become her signature mark.
